This was not a simple refresh — it involved removing an existing hot tub, renovating a cabana, reworking the deck framing to convert it into a single-level deck, installing a new staircase, and adding a cable rail system. Every aspect of the project was approached with precision and care, and the finished product is without flaw. They were easy to work with from start to finish, handling decisions and mid-project modifications thoughtfully and professionally. "They charges almost $500 just for walking in the door and then said they couldn?t do the repair because they didn?t have the part. I had told them over the phone exactly what part they needed. Left me without hear for 3 days. Caused me to loose 2 days work with no heat waiting for them to do the repair. They put in a $100 pipe, did not cement it into the wall as should have been done and then charged over $900 to my credit card without any prior notice or explanation for the charge. Still no heat. They wanted to sell me a new boiler. I called another company who repaired the boiler with no problem and only charged $125.00. RCL was disorganized about sending a repair person, coming with proper parts, could not diagnose the problem correctly, tried to sell me expensive replacement that I did not need and seriously overcharges, and charges your card without your knowledge or permission."
