Might seem small but he was the only one out of 4 contractors who actually measured the space to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. He while discussing what I wanted with me made many recommendations and even mentioned ways to get the job done but at a lower cost. He had the estimate to me within 2 days and it was super detailed and broken down with 3 different ways to complete it. He was on time daily as was his crew. Work areas were cleaned daily. He closed up a broken window for us, redid a dirt floor with drainage and concrete, repointed and waterproofed our basement foundation, ripped out and fully replaced basement access stairs. "The response was very quick, within 24 hours a tech (Everardo) arrived on site. He identified a defective capacitor and installed a new one which restored our central air. We also had a diverter in zone 2 that stopped working. Everardo checked the wiring and system for defects. He isolated a defective motor. My system is 17 years old old so that particular motor was no longer manufactured. A new compatable diverter module was ordered and installed the following day.
