"I highly recommend ESP Flooring from Palmer, MA. Bob came to look at my garage floor and gave us a quote with a very reasonable price and scheduled the job shortly after. He turned my ugly old concrete garage floor into a beautiful gray/epoxy floor system that makes my kitchen floor looks bad! Now I have no choice but to replace that one too, so, Bob will be coming back to my home again soon!! I wouldn't hire anyone else. He was very professional, respectful and pleasant to work with and so were Andre and Brian, excellent team!! I was quite impressed with the quality of the work and how clean and nice looking my garage floor looks like now. "I hired these folks to repair a built-in gas fireplace. This company was very responsive, communicative and prompt. Our tech was Nick, and he was excellent. He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues, explained them to us in detail and was even able to fix them on the spot. He also did a safety inspection, as our unit had not been used for some time. Following service, he went the extra mile to vacuum up any dust and debris left by service - very much appreciated! Nick was courteous, knowledgeable and capable - I would happily have him back for any future needs with our unit. The price for service was very reasonable and came with a written, itemized estimate."
