"ESP Flooring did an incredible job leveling my cement floors that were out of level in some areas by up to 2 inches. When finished adding material, the proceeded to grind down the entire floor to make sure it was flat enough for our new vinyl floors. Their quoted price was extremely good and more than fair. "I hired these folks to repair a built-in gas fireplace. This company was very responsive, communicative and prompt. Our tech was Nick, and he was excellent. He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues, explained them to us in detail and was even able to fix them on the spot. He also did a safety inspection, as our unit had not been used for some time. Following service, he went the extra mile to vacuum up any dust and debris left by service - very much appreciated! Nick was courteous, knowledgeable and capable - I would happily have him back for any future needs with our unit. The price for service was very reasonable and came with a written, itemized estimate."
