We had our whole first floor completed sanded, refinished, and asked for multiple coats of polly (have dogs). Not only did they accommodate this but we were able to live in another part of the house (and partially camping) while the work was going on. There was ZERO dust, as they use a dustless system. The mirrors on the walls; even with heavy sanding - NO dust at all. They are the model for how this work should be done.
