Born from a simple idea: the world's healthiest cultures don't just chase wellness — they live it together.\n\nCape Sauna Club is not an attempt to copy Norway, Japan, or Germany and drop it onto Cape Cod. That would miss the point entirely. This is about taking the essence of what makes those traditions so meaningful and shaping it into something that feels right here, on the Cape.\n\n"I'm not going to pretend we built something identical to what I found in those places. We didn't. We're on Cape Cod. We're in a barrel sauna, not a century-old Nordic longhouse. But the thing underneath it — the reset, the silence, the connection — that's exactly what we're bringing here."

"Cape and Islands Pool and Spa has maintained and serviced the hot tub/spa at my home for the 15 years that I have owned it. Staff reliably come every two weeks to check the spa and ensure that it is running smoothly in top condition. They immediately notify me of any potential issue or problem with operation of the spa, advise me of the required corrective action, then execute that action swiftly, competently and cost-effectively. As a result, I have had very few problems with the spa except when a lightning strike fried the circuit panel, and even then, the Cape and Islands people rapidly and successfully replaced it. I have complete trust and confidence in Cape and Islands to manage and, if necessary, repair my hot tub."

"This company was awesome put a new chlorinator on my pool he did a great job and this week they are coming to clean the pool he said I didn't have to pay him till I had the pool cleaned which I thought was awesome I recommended him to friends to close there pool he will be closing our pool to and opening it next year too great company"

"I have had three new liners installed in my 16x32 pool over the last 50 years. When Tim and his partner came over to measure my pool and give me an estimate it was by far the most thorough, precise, and accurate measurement ever done on my pool. He spent over an hour measuring the pool and was by far the most knowledgeable pool guy of 3 estimates I had done. The installation was completed in one day along with a new filter. It was the best job performed by Tim and his partner as compared to all of my other liner installations. I would not hesitate to recommend “Our Pool Guy” for any of your pool jobs from liners to maintenance. Thank you Tim for a beautiful job well done. Diane & Ron Iovanna"

"They were responsive. I would use the service again to open the pool."
