I called Alex and told him my situation. He was there the next day installing it. He has a heart of gold and is an excellent plumber. He works on my house and my rental homes. "Kevin was highly recommended via a post I made on Facebook looking for a local plumber. He arrived at my home that day to assess the issue we had with our bathroom sink. He then told me his game plan for the following day to remedy our leaking, plugged drain. He showed up the following morning and by noon time he was finished. Left the bathroom in better shape than it was in. He even replaced the plunger in the sink because he noticed a small leak there too. Removed the wainscoting and removed the wall behind it and was able to reuse the wainscoting and trim mold back as if nothing was disturbed. I would highly recommend using him in the future and would refer him to my friends as well. Thank you Kevin and your crew!"

"Adequate. Windows don?t appear very high quality but are ok as a basic, lower middle market option. Wrapping placed around seams is thin and cheap material. Need to hire handyman to finish inside of windows with trim because it?s all exposed. In other words it?s not a complete job. One window they measured wrong so installers couldn?t complete job and I have a few more months of waiting to be done. Customer service is ok but I?ve had to call them regularly to move the project along. Not a lot of initiative on their part and I don?t feel cared for as a customer."
