"I have a trapezoid window in my bedroom that I wanted to be able to have closed by a shade during the nighttime. I had contacted several companies to hopefully find someone that could help me with this window. TJ, after seeing the window, was very sure that he could come up with a solution for this window and he did. Even though measuring the window was difficult due to the height of the window from the floor, the size of the window, and the shape of the window, TJ very thoroughly, patiently, and creatively took all the measurements. "Spencer responded quickly for my quote request. We set up an appointment to look at the window film products the following week. He called before he arrived at my house and was on time. He thoroughly explained the different films to me and I decided on the one that would block the most heat and glare. He was actually able to install it that day and it took him only about 2 hours to complete 4 sunroom skylight windows. Very happy with the how the windows look. Great to have a contractor show up when they are supposed and do a professional job!"

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
