"— Absolutely Incredible! My name is Lucretia Cameron, and my daughter Jahnyce recently bought her first home. It had great bones and had only had one elderly owner since it was built — never mortgaged, well-kept, but completely outdated. We were excited to make it ours, but after dealing with multiple contractors who took advantage of us, we were devastated. Then we found Bruno and the Empire team, and everything changed. From the moment Bruno arrived — exactly when he said he would — we felt like we had known him forever. I have mobility issues, so my daughter met him at the door, and right away, we knew we were in good hands. I called on a weekend, and by Monday morning, he was at our home. **Tuesday morning, he started the job.** He promised the job would take 8 days — and it did. No delays, no excuses. The contract covered walls, trim, ceilings, wallpaper removal, flood damage repairs — and not only did he deliver, but he went above and beyond. Bruno painted doors, added doorstops, cleaned and polished our refinished floors, painted baseboard heating, and did a ton of extra detail work — all without charging a penny more.** His price was **50% less** than every estimate we received, and unlike other contractors, he didn’t ask for any money upfront. ( did I mention that his price also covered Benjamin Moore's paint! The quality of the work? Spectacular!!!. WOW...his team..His team — men and women!!! — were ALL equally respectful, skilled, and kind. The care they put into their work honestly brought me to tears more than once. This is my daughter’s first home, but my fourth — I’ve done complete renovations before, hired many contractors, added basements, pools, in-law apartments. But I’ve never met anyone like Bruno. We’re now getting our estimate next for the kitchen, and the basement. Then by the end of the year the exterior. We don’t have a big budget — just heart and determination — and Bruno has treated our home like his own. The photos on Empire’s website, as beautiful as they are, don’t even come close to showing how beautiful the work truly is. Thank you, Bruno, from the bottom of our hearts. We will recommend you to everyone we know. You’re not just a contractor — you’re a blessing. ❤️ - Lucretia, Jahnyce & Damien!"

"We highly recommend Anders from A.R. Wallpaper if you are looking for someone to remove wallpaper and prep the walls for paint so they look like new! His painting is flawless and we are very satisfied with the work he did in our living room, kitchen, hall and bathroom. We had several problem areas on the ceiling and walls in our bathroom that other painters were unable to take care of. Anders took on the task and did a wonderful job. We were impressed from day one with his professional manor. If we called with questions he always got back to us right away and we could always depend on him to show up when he said he would. He is very reliable, honest, hardworking and a perfectionist which is very difficult to find these days. We look forward to hiring him for future projects."

"Richard Froais and his very capable crew saved us from a possible disaster. What started as a simple crack in the ceiling quickly turned into a major construction project after we discovered mold inside our ceiling and walls. Richard helped us determine the problem (a water leak inside the walls) and worked with us to formulate a practical, affordable plan to fix it. We have an old house, so while the crew was taking down the ceiling, they discovered we had four layers of wallboard and plaster that had to come down. They demolished one wall as well. Richard identified the source of the mold inside the ceiling and eliminated it at the source. During this process we discovered that we had to replace all the plumbing in our upstairs bathroom (the original source of the problem) - Richard figured out how to do this without taking apart our bathroom (thus saving tons of time and money) and now my plumbing is up to code and my drains work like a dream. To make matters worse, we discovered old wiring just dangling in the walls - a clear fire hazard (we are lucky the house never burnt down) Richard had his team replace it and brought the whole room (along with the house breaker box) up to code. The walls and ceiling went back together, the room was painted, wallpapered and, at the last minute, Richard was able to get his floor guys to re-do the oak floors. All of this was done in less than 5 weeks so we were able to hold our annual Thanksgiving open house, just like always! During the job, Richard and his crew were professional, conscientious and helpful. They were very respectful and careful of our property. They cleaned up after themselves, were always polite and worked with us every step of the way. We felt the price for the job was more than fair, communication was consistent and professional and all our questions were answered quickly and completely. We highly recommend NE Renovations to anyone with construction needs and we will absolutely use them again when we need any home improvement work in the future."
