GEDI Stands for Gabriel Elijah Daniel Isaiah. These are the four sons of Thomas J Blais the owner of TJENT Corp. I, Gabriel, have been raised in the construction industry. I started off helping my father chain down the equipment at the age of 12. By the time I reached 15, I was operating the skid steer loader in the shopping centers removing snow. At the age of 17, I was managing three of the five malls TJENT Corp had contracts on. After graduating high school, I went to work for TerraTect an excavation contractor from there I went to owning my own business. Our engineer Thomas Schoenborne has his Ph.D., Computational Theory andBSEE & MSCE, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. At GEDI INC., we believe that your project should be kept as simple and straightforward as possible, regardless how complex the task may seem. We try to avoid subcontractors and outsourcing wherever possible. How we do our billing is simple. Thirty percent up front, thirty percent upon completion of first stage, thirty percent upon completion of second, and ten percent upon final stage. We accept checks and cash as forms of payment. We will have seasonal specials on finish grading, stump removal, Irrigation/canal clearing, mulching, and demolition.

Fountains questions, answered by experts

Like pools, ponds can be a safety risk, so they may increase your homeowners insurance. Be sure to let your insurance company know if you build a pond on your property—they may have safety requirements in order to keep your premium from increasing.

Every one to three months, you should perform regular fountain maintenance, including draining, cleaning, and rinsing the components of your fountain basin and the pump and tubing to prevent algae and other buildup. Fountain maintenance also includes keeping the appropriate water level and removing debris like leaves, insects, and twigs from the water to avoid clogging the pump. You can also hire a professional landscaper to clean your fountain for around $50 to $150 per month on average.

Seeps and springs form when groundwater reaches the earth’s surface. The main differences between them are the amount of water and the flow rate. Seeps are smaller than springs and consist of water that’s stagnant or flows slowly. Springs contain more water and flow more quickly.

While there’s always a possibility that pests will appear in and around a natural swimming pool—much like regular swimming pools—they largely deter pests due to their natural filtration system, which keeps things clean and the water constantly moving.

When deep cleaning your koi pond, transfer fish to a clean, uncontaminated container at least one foot deep, like a large bucket, tub, or kiddie pond. Fill the container with their existing pond water to avoid shocking them, and place the container in full or partial shade. When it’s time to reintroduce them into the pond, slowly add the new water to the container before adding the fish and container water back into the pond.
