Amaral industries is a small owner-run business, established in 1997. We pride ourselves on old-world craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and value. Eduardo is the owner of the company and head blacksmith, working with each client personally, and overseeing all aspects of the job. He holds a BFA in sculpture, is the son of an architect, and grandson of a blacksmith. All our work is designed & fabricated at our shop in Bellingham, and installed with care & precision. Initial visit to your home or business, and estimate are free. Extensive design work requires a $250 deposit, which is non-refundable. The fee is deducted from the final cost of the work. Eduardo Amaral discussed the project with me before fabrication took place. Eduardo and his extremely talented assistant Jayden did an amazing job fabricating and installing the railings. "Jason Kirby and crew did an excellent job, with fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. This job was to replace a stucco and half timber exterior wall on a historic 1920's English Tudor, so that it matched the detailing and craftsmanship to the rest of the house. Jason assembled a highly skilled team. They competed the job on schedule, Jason communicated regularly about status and next steps, and I couldn't be happier with the result (looks original to the house). Jason's fees are very reasonable, and I would recommend him for any job involving masonry, having worked with him in the past on brickwork as well."

"I paid close to $6,000 4 years ago and 2 years ago 1 of the posts was wobbling. A very grumpy Dan said it was because I had a plant hanging from it!! BTW...I see that they give a 5% discount for seniors. I was 70 then and never got THAT! About 2 months ago, I noticed that 4 posts were like loose teeth and I was having trouble closing the 2 gates. 5 PHONE CALLS AND SEVERAL VOICE MAILS WERE NEVER RETURNED!!! I have since had someone else come and replace...all were rotted! The contractor said it was pretty shabby work as none of the posts were put in properly! I guess I will be replacing the rest down the road. Never expected this on a 4 year old fence! I'd avoid this company at all costs!"
