"I used them to clean my back deck, pool deck and front walkways. The decks went from grey to looking brand new. I was so surprised at the difference. I hired them to wash my house also because they did such a good job. I didnâ  t think my house was that dirty, I was wrong. They worked with me on pricing, made my projectâ  s affordable and helped me schedule everything for a time when me and my toddler could be home to watch them, she thought it was great when they rinsed the windows off. (Added bonus) I honestly recommend these guys and wish I hired them when I sold my last house, I probably could have sold it for more if I had thought of it."

"We had Jayott replace the gutters on a newly purchased home. Completely satisfied. Marty gave us a good explanation of what he recommended and why, along with a very good price. He was unusually flexible regarding our changing schedule and coordinating with our painter. In fact, Jayott took down the old gutters then waited for the paint job to be completed before putting up the new ones."

Gutter Cleaning questions, answered by experts

The cost to install a downspout extension or reroute a downspout generally falls between $30 and $200. The final price depends on factors like whether you DIY the project or hire a gutter professional, the complexity of your gutter system, and the length of the new extension. A simple, above-ground DIY installation can cost as little as $30 for materials. In contrast, a more complex project involving professional installation and digging trenches for underground piping could cost over $1,000. This is still a significant saving compared to replacing your entire gutter system, which costs around $1,900 on average.

Yes, there are several downsides to installing rain chains. For one, rain chains have a lower flow capacity than a typical gutter and downspout system. This means that if there is a rainstorm, the rain chain can stop working completely. Rain chains also cannot redirect rainwater away from your house. In homes with a sloped yard, this could cause water damage in your foundation or basement.

Absolutely—and lots of it. Overflowing water from your gutters can damage your siding and your roof. All of the moisture getting into the cracks and crevices of your home can lead to mold or mildew problems down the line. In addition, when water pools around your home, it needs a place to go—and sometimes it ends up inside the house, creating a very unwanted flood.

Usually 1-2 hours, depending on gutter length and condition.

Downspouts channel water from your roof and gutters into the ground following a specific route so water doesn’t accumulate around your house’s foundation. Without a downspout, the standing water will wash away material and disrupt the soil, leading to foundation erosion. The standing water will also form ice around your house during cold weather, causing a safety hazard.
