Breach of contract Fraud Lies (the manager/owner Diane also denied speaking with my wife after a half-hour conversation days before) Unprofessional behavior What else can I say?
Description of Work: The provider was hired to survey our property in advance of a garage-building project They initially informed us that the initial visit would take place within three weeks of the call By the time they had found a time to come by, it hd been over six weeks The delay held up the project to the point that a garage that was intended to protect our cars (and pne-year-old twins) from the snow ended up being unusable all winter. Furthermore, the delays forced us to hold off with landscaping work and other services that will now cost far more on account of the damage caused by the snow, etc. A further delay was caused by the fact that the surveyor mismeasured our property and had to come back to do it again ()though for this they have the unprofessional gall to blame our architect) The surveyor needs to hand over their final "as built" survey before we can use the garage, but they are refusing as they claim we owe them $700, even though their delays (and lies) have cost us thousands in fees and other charges I have filed a complaint with the BBB but I want everyone to know to avoid them
