"They made two visits and were very specific about what work needs to be done, and how it could be done at different price levels. They could do it promptly by bringing in their own crews. That would be very useful for someone who needs to sell right away (an estate, etc.) Since we are not ready to sell in the immediate future, we will do the work one project at a time, slowly, as we can afford it. Their advice was more than worth the price. They are very professional.
