"Eric performed an historical and present-day appraisal on my property. He was friendly and efficient. I had the results in a couple weeks (I told him I wasn't in a rush). "Jeffrey Kempner did an appraisal for my husband and me several years ago for a beautiful home in Chestnut Hill,, MA 02467. He was very knowledgeable in his chosen field, he was punctual in meeting with us and advised us on the pro's and con's of said property. The asking price was 3.2 and he appraised it as 2.2 and that was quite helpful in the process of identifying the overpricing of this property. But in the ed we decided to build a house for ourselves...but when in the near future, we shall definitely use him to appraise our current home when we decide to sell. Sheila K."
