The floors looks beautiful and we could not be happier. Also, the job was done in March during the start of the pandemic, but Matt and his crew showed up everyday and completed the job with meticulous precision. "Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

"Hassan was hired to replace my trash compactor and redo my countertops. He did a great job with both. He removed the trash compactor the same day he came to give me the quote. He went above an beyond as I had kept adding little projects along the way ... replace my doorbell, fix a bedroom closet door, remove a latch on my basement door. He is such a good worker. Communication was a problem in the beginning with him not keeping in touch with me as to his work schedule, but that was worked out. As I will be moving in the near future, I told him I will be calling on him again if I need his help at my new home."
