Marilyn and her team helped us with a "to do" list to start. She helped and guided us on what needed to be stored and what we could keep in the house. Marilyn and her team helped us to pack up everything. She spoke with our young children about what toys and other things were important to them to have at the house and how and where they could be kept for viewings as well as what could be stored away and not be missed by them. Marilyn and her team even helped us to take things to storage. And trust me, we had a lot! Marilyn also helped with staging our house for sale by using some of the things we had as well as bringing in some of her own things. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
