"We worked with Erickson Construction for about an 8 week period. They were very flexible with their scheduling to accommodate back order situations with some of the bathroom fixtures we ordered that added 4-5 weeks to the overall timeline. Their suggestions about the layout, design and fixtures were very helpful. We were offered options with ways to cut costs and were advised when upgraded materials would save money in the long run.
Our overall experience with Matt Erickson and his team(the employees and sub-contractors all seem to be related -- a real Family business) was a pleasure in every way. The house foundation has some issues due to settling that caused some challenges with the walls, door frames, and finish woodwork. The carpenters had answers for all of the obstacles and difficulties that our house presented along the way.
