Ron was the first to call, although he could not come that day (went to Pats game, who can blame him) he gave me some very helpful advise to start diagnosing the problem. As promise he did come Monday morning and was very thorough in evaluating the problem. We worked on a resolution together, set a plan in place, order parts together. He said he would be back on Thursday to replace main breaker, he actually called on Wednesday to say he can come a day early to fix the panel! Work is all done, very reasonable, very accommodating. So happy I connected with Ron, would HIGHLY recommend Ron for any electrical service/repair/install. I'm keeping his card, I'll be calling him again for any service I may need in the future!
