It had great bones and had only had one elderly owner since it was built — never mortgaged, well-kept, but completely outdated. WOW...his team..His team — men and women!!! — were ALL equally respectful, skilled, and kind. The care they put into their work honestly brought me to tears more than once. This is my daughter’s first home, but my fourth — I’ve done complete renovations before, hired many contractors, added basements, pools, in-law apartments. But I’ve never met anyone like Bruno. We’re now getting our estimate next for the kitchen, and the basement. Then by the end of the year the exterior. We don’t have a big budget — just heart and determination — and Bruno has treated our home like his own. His painting is flawless and we are very satisfied with the work he did in our living room, kitchen, hall and bathroom.
