Arthur answered my query within a day. Celso was out to look at requirements and prepare a quote with another couple of days.

Ede came in and removed all cabinet doors and drawers and took them to the Bright shop for prep work and spay painting.

Ede and Sam came back with the doors and drawers and worked very hard for 2 days, taping, covering priming sanding  and finishing. The doors and drawers were re-installed and the entire area thoroughly cleaned.

We could not be happier. The guys took off their shoes while in the house, were friendly and could not do enough for us. There was one minor issue that was my fault and they came back within a day and took care of it.

"Mid Cape Painter was very responsive to our needs and very professional in their approach.  I personally did considerable electrical component replacement (switches/outlets etc.) and some carpentry work (trimming doors) during their work and that went smoothly working together.   All together the project took a little more than two weeks with a crew of three (3).  The original estimate was two weeks, but a couple of severe snow days got in the way.  Some of the wallpaper was difficult to remove but they persevered, and we were very pleased with the quality of their prep (a must-have for me) and the neatness of their finish painting.  The price of the project was very reasonable.  We plan to use them again for our next project."

"The deal is really not labelled well. There is no fine print discussing the terms and it's only after you purchase that you find out that the deal is only good for UP TO 6 hours of wall paper removal for one room only. I feel this should be explicitly stated so that there is no confusion afterwards. Basically, if your "one room" only takes 2 hours to complete, that's all you get, even if you have more rooms that need wallpaper removed. The deal should be called "One room of wall paper removal for up to 6 hours of labor". 
Aside from that criticism, the project went well overall. The original date I had picked was scheduled and then the day before they were supposed to come out, they called and rescheduled because the weather had caused some back-up in their appointments. This was a little bit of a pain because I had taken the day off to be home for the work to be done. But they showed up on time for the re-scheduled appointment. The woman who did the work was nice and polite, and completed all of the rooms I needed done because the wallpaper came of with very little effort and she was able to get through all three rooms in under 2 hours.

"We hired New Tile for two separate bathroom projects in our home. The first being a Kids Bathroom remodel which included gutting the existing bath floor and removing the tub surround. New Tile prepared the walls and floors and installed tiles around our tub and on an accent wall as well as tile on the bathroom floor. Our second project was our Master Bath addition where we converted a second walk in closet to a bathroom. The New Tile team helped us decide on what materials to use and also provided a job well done in there. The master bath work included preparation and installation of tile on our glass enclosed walk in shower, installing electric heat cables on our bathroom and shower floor as well as installing tile on our soak in tub backsplash including a custom build recessed niche with glass and stone mosaic tile. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process from start to finish and absolutely love the work. We will definitely hire New Tile again for our future projects."
