"Walter came out to our house several times to make sure we understood thoroughly the service and the product. He gave us a great price and my favorite part about it is the warranty, which is lifetime. No matter what happens, whether related or accidental glass breakage, they will fix it for free for the lifetime that you are in the house. Thank you Walter!"

"I was looking to rebuild my 16' X 8' deck and add a step-down 16' X 16' section. I contacted Home Advisor to see who in my area could do the job and within the hour received a call from owner Michael Christopher. We met at my home the next morning at 6:30AM and walked through my requirements. Michael provided a three-dimensional drawing on his iPad and we selected materials. As soon as the materials arrived, the job started and within 9 days was completed from pouring new footings to cleaning railings and balusters at the contracted price! My wife and I are thrilled with the deck and could not be happier with the responsiveness, the service, the professionalism, the value, and the quality of workmanship! If you have a job that needs to be done well, I highly recommend Remodel or Renew Home Improvement."

"This whole process has been SO easy for us. After the first appointment until install date they were in contact with us and kept us informed about every detail of the project. On the day of the bath remodel, the installers were professional, quick, and did an excellent job. It was so much less stressful then I thought it would be. We love our new shower. Would highly recommend!"

"Dabella showed up at the perfect time. I had just purchased my first home and my home inspection indicated the house had a 20 year roof. At 15 years old, It was showing its age and was one of the first major home improvements I had considered. A Dabella representative happened to be going door to door in my neighborhood and we were able to set up a meeting with a salesman. I'm extremely happy with Chris, the salesman that Dabella had sent out. He is very polite, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable on Dabella projects. After showing me what Dabella had to offer (including the lifetime warranty) Chris and I were able to work out what I wanted and he got the process rolling. Chris was always fast to respond to any questions I had for him whether in person or over the phone. He was also able to change the install date for me when I had a work trip come up last minute. I'm extremely happy with Dabella's product but it was definitely Chris' attitude and knowledge that made the sale."

Glaziers questions, answered by experts

Replacing window glass instead of the entire window is more cost-effective, maintains the frame's aesthetics, and reduces waste. It improves insulation and energy efficiency and can be completed more quickly with minimal disruption to the home.

Start by attaching the mirror to a wall stud if possible. Next, use appropriate hardware for the mirror's size and the wall material. That could look like drywall anchors, toggle bolts, or self-drilling anchors to ensure a strong hold. Additionally, D-rings or hanging brackets are more secure than a nail. You can also use mirror adhesive to secure small or larger mirrors with a vanity as a base.

You can clean the oven window the same way you clean the oven walls. Make a paste of baking soda and water and let it sit on the window overnight before wiping it off with a damp cloth. You might find it helpful to rub the baking soda paste in with an old toothbrush.

It can be. While not all smart glass comes soundproof, you can buy smart glass made specifically to be soundproof.

Prior to the middle part of the 1900s, glass manufacturers used a technique that involved blowing glass into cylinder shapes that were then flattened out to create sheets used for windows and doors. This technique often left behind ripples and inconsistencies in the glass.
