After last storm Ed put us on priority list, crew come in and jackhammer around the basement and installed a French drain and added a 3rd pump. Job was finished in 2 days, all trash and cleaning done. Wendel came by to check on the work, we are waiting for a couple of finishing items ( pump cover and outside drain pipe finish ). These 2 guys were amazing with the amount of cement that had to be taken out, the stone carried in 5 gallon buckets, the mixing of cement to repair the floor. We gave them lunch and whatever they needed for drinks. I see a few bad reviews on this company but I would say it's the customer looking for too much perfection. This company is great with their prices, warranty, and their very hard working employees, Ed always responded when calling with questions or concerns."

This included drying out the area, removing debris, and replacing a ceiling. The work was done efficiently and carefully. "The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. I have no other complaints."
