"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

Richard Connolly of iCornerstone was everything a homeowner could hope for in a contractor and artisan:  a perfectionist who had a keen sense of deadlines and clients' needs.  He transformed very ugly spaces into a beautiful family TV room and lovely full bath with his own designs that included wainscoting,moldings, built-in shelves, and custom lighting and radiator cover.  The workers we hired through his system (electrician, drywall, sheetrock, carpenters, plumber, plasterers, painters, and flooring professionals) were top notch and the low bid in each case. There were no mistakes. The job came in on time and on budget.  We endorse Richard Connolly and iCornerstone wholeheartedly.

The existing room had odd measurements that dated back to 1931, but Richard was on top of that and any potential problems.  Everything fit like a glove when the work was done.

The way my attic rafters and trusses are set up (somewhat non-standardly, it seems), it was not obvious how to safely install the stairs without compromising the structure of the roof. He ran his plan by a structural engineer for a second opinion and got the thumbs up that it was a good plan. After that, the work was scheduled and completed in a flash. The stairs are very solid, and I'm delighted not to have to drag the step ladder in to climb through the little portal. We're already lining up the next (immediate) project, and I walked around the house with him - inside and out - pointing at future work. Rich has a wealth of experience, is clear about what he doesn't do himself (there's not much), and brings a lot of skill and creativity to the table. 3Gs are keepers!"

"When we purchased this older house, we quickly realized the second-floor deck was in bad shape and needed a total overhaul. We got a couple of quotes, but Will came highly recommended. "My house needed to be repaired from a huge fire. I was looking for a GC that has extensive knowledge of fire damage. After multiple quotes, I chose WS Builders because the owner was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Wladimir assisted me from beginning to end. We gutted the whole house and replace all the electricity. This was a big project and it was necessary to find a GC who had previous experience in rebuilding a house damaged by fire. I am very please with Wladimir's work ethic and professionalism. He had a quick turnaround and communicated thoroughly to ensure that I fully understand what was going on during the project. I recommend using him if you are looking for somebody with years of experience. Regardless of what job it is, he has the subcontractors to ensure the job is completed in a timely manner."

"I contacted four companies for estimates for the work. One company responded that they don't paint detached garages, and another gave me an appointment two weeks in the future. Carlos was the first to come out (within a couple days, working around my schedule) to look at the work needed. I mentioned that I just needed the concrete block and wood trim done, and that I would paint the doors myself. He offered to do that work since they would be there anyway. Since I'm pretty busy, I appreciated that. He did not give me an estimate on the spot, and I prefer that approach as I think a company should take some time to come up with their estimate. The fourth company gave me an estimate on the spot which turned out to be very high. I received the estimate from Carlos via email about a week later. The price was excellent, and Carlos seemed like a good and honest person, so I hired him immediately, and canceled that future appointment. Carlos and the crew came out within a couple of days. I had purchased the masonry paint already, since I had originally planned to do the painting myself, so Carlos had agreed to use my paint. He provided his own primer, which he had tinted to match my color choice. The crew applied a coat of primer, and two of paint. With the exception of one small communication error, which Carlos cleared up immediately, everything went perfectly. Carlos is very responsive, and it is clear that he and his crew take pride in doing a great job. My garage was looking beautiful ( as beautiful as concrete block can look) within a couple days. I will definitely hire Real Painting & Home Improvement again in the future."
