"The only negative would be that it took a while for the owner to get back to me with an estimate of how much it would cost. It took him just a little while, and the reason was he was so busy doing other jobs. "Tim from Timâ s aquascape was so knowledgeable and respectful. I was a little taken aback when him and his employees showed up because I was not expecting them to be so young. But let me tell you donâ t let that fool you. I was so incredibly impressed with how hard they worked. They stayed each day for 10 hours! I could not believe the dedication and perfectionism that went into the custom koi pond they built for us. Since completing our project Tim even followed up with us and we have since signed up for him to do our bi-weekly maintenance to help keep our pond as beautiful as the day they finished it."
