"Micah was prompt to respond and to arrive at the appointed time. He successfully removed the defective pot filler without creating a mess in the kitchen area. He went to supply house and sent me photos of various pot fillers so I could select a suitable replacement. He and his assistant installed, tested and cleaned up . He also checked leaking utility sink in workshop and identified cracked p trap nut. Replaced and tested. He was not cheap; but reasonably priced for parts and service. Was professional in attitude and appearance."

"They were able to come to give an estimate an hour after I called, and showed up on time.. Underneath the house was difficult to access, but they went under. The receptionist had told me that there would be a $50 diagnostic charge that would be applied to the cost of repair if the repair was done. One of the gentlemen said the diagnostic cost would be $75 because they had to go under the house, but when I told them what the receptionist said they only charged $50. They agreed to come at 8:00 the next business day, and showed up on time. They replaced the pipe, cleared a drain for the washer, connected the washer, and cleared a slow draining sink. They agreed to come to another location to get the check when I couldn't meet them at the property, and sent a receipt via email with a written 2 year warranty on the work. They did not want to honor the 5% discount from Angie's list, since they were already paying Angie's List for the referral, but I didn't argue because I did not present them with the coupon when they did the estimate, as was indicated. In general, I was pleased with the work and happy to get the warranty. I later discovered that the father of two of the workmen had been my mother's plumber many years ago! They have a long history in the city, which is reassuring."

"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. I was pleased he resolved my clogged sink so quickly so I could rest after a night's work. Thank you again, Joe."

"As soon as I joned Angie's List, I was eager to file this report. I do most of my own home repairs on one of New Orlean's very old homes, everything except electical and A/C. I have requested very odd support from these people. They never hesitated. Plus I've given them every opportunity twice now to overcharge for their work. Their price estimates are the most principled I've seen from any home repair company ever. I am astonished to find such a principled company operating here. Their workman are a breed apart, clean, effecient, courteous. I wish somehow I could really impress upon everyone who reads this how earnestly I recommend this company. I make this report on the heels of a nightmare experience with a local electrical company, so do not think I am just given to praise. They really deserve it. Something different is happening with this company.
