"The man was professional and did a good job. He had to change 2-40 year old water supply valves which supplied water to toilets. These valves last a long time but when they get this old and you have to shut the valve to replace a supply line to toilet, then open back up, they tend to leak. Figured best to change them out. He came that very same day we called and did a great job. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend, would not hesitate to hire him again if need arises."

"I was out of state and had an emergency on a rental property on a week-end (I needed to replace a water-heater). I called Howard from Affordable Drain Cleaning & More, then we continued communicating through text messages and emails. I purchased the water-heater online around 1PM, he picked it up at the store around 2PM and installed it soon after in the apartment. Within 3 hours everything was completed very professionally and my tenant was very pleased. Great communication and great service.
