"I ONLY gave a 1 star rating, cause this is the Only way I can submit this rating. They Do NOT deserve a 1 star rating. They deserve a -0 Rating. Worker Justin 1st came. Made up some Big Numbers on his lap top then started some work with the sink focets I purchased. He is a Scam Artist. I asked for paperwork on everything that he did with prices & Paperwork on the Warenty he said I have. Still haven't received any paperwork 2 weeks later. Though he TOOK my money QUICK. Other workers came a few days after to install focets& shower heads in 2 bathrooms. They cut out sheetrock in order to get to the pipes, & said they would not repair the sheetrock back (THAT THEY CUT OUT). We were told we would have to Hire their contractor who did sheetrock in order to have it repaired. I REFUSE TO GIVE THEM ANY MORE MONEY. I WILL FIND SOMEONE MYSELF & AND GLADLY GIVE MY MONEY TO SOMEONE ELSE. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I ENCOUNTER TO NEVER USE TIMS SOUTHERN AIR. AND OF COURSE I WILL NEVER USE TIMS SOUTHERN AIR EVER AGAIN.
