"Andi had a great deal of difficulty communicating effectively with other members of the team. Astonishing lack of attention to detail, even for a “creative type”. She said she selected marble, the quote was for quartzite. Recommended 40” chandelier, quote for 28”. Poor communication style resulted in lots of extra phone calls, unnecessary delays, frustration on part of other team members."
