I absolutely love the pool that Ryan built in my backyard! From start to finish he was present and on site, and he checked in with our family to make sure we understood the different stages (excavation, rebar, gunite, tile, plaster, decking, etc). You could tell that this wasnâ t just a â close the sale, collect the checkâ type scenario. Itâ s somewhat scary spending this amount of money on your backyard, but itâ s worth every penny when I am relaxing and enjoying the long Louisiana swim season. He gave us clear instructions for post-care on the pool to ensure it looks beautiful for years to come. He continues to check in periodically and Iâ ve recommended him to so many friends and strangers alike. They run an honest business and I absolutely love our pool!

We noticed that the plaster in our pool has many imperfections, such as waves, depressions, trowel marks, discoloration, gouges and humps. This is due to bad plastering, no two ways about it. They refuse to come back to fix the problems. Unfortunately, they were in the process of working on other pools at the same time and the sub contractor didnâ t take the time to do my plaster job correctly. The day the plaster job was done, no one from Artesian was there to check on the job.

They will do anything to make it right with the customer.
