"We had what appeared to be a poisonous snake in our backyard. We called Wildlife X Team and they arrived within the hour. They located the snake and removed it. They also did a thorough search for any others that might also be living around our property as well as an evaluation of our attic for food sources. Later that evening I received a call from Joey letting me know that after further examination, he discovered that the snake was a non-poisonous variety that is often mistaken for the poisonous version. Because the snake was non-poisonous, the charge for removing it was much less than the charge for removing a poisonous one, so he said that he would refund the extra amount that we had been charged.
