"This is actually the second time we have used Rug-Ratz to clean our carpets and tile.  We are always able to get ahold of them and they schedule quickly and are very professional and do a great job!  My tile looked brand new after they were done cleaning them and the carpet was great as well!
I would recommend them to anyone I know.

"I loved her customer service! She is such a sweet lady but I would not be using her again . I have a newborn and 4 year old . I am a busy bee 24/7. I asked her for a Emergency deep cleaning/ organization around the house and especially in my daughter room , deep clean the kitchen laundry etc I did not mind paying extra for anything she set me a price I paid for . When she was done with the job ( I was not home, i left the door open for her ) she definitely cleaned my apartment well but not deep clean not , organized like how I wanted. She threw mix dirty and clean clothes in one big bag did not bother to throw a laundry running , she just threw everything in one area and called it a day, did not clean the oven / fridge well. At first did not organize my daughter closet like i told her that was main focus , as a mom of 2 i did not have the time to organize. I was thrown off about the 5 star reviews I really wish I would have went with another company because she did not charge me cheap and 2 I had to hire someone else to organize and clean again and saw a difference . I would use her for a regular simple cleaning not deep cleaning. She did also say she was tired for working all day? she came at 3pm maybe by then she was over it ? I am not sure but She is a sweetheart ."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

It is possible to wash your own roof, but we don’t recommend it. First, getting up on any roof is dangerous without proper safety equipment, especially if wetting a metal roof and making the surface slick. Additionally, it’s easy to damage your roof or force water between roof seams if you use a power washer, which can lead to property damage. Hiring a professional roof cleaner will save you time, keep you safe, and ensure that your roof looks new again without damaging it in the process. Plus, roof cleaning is a relatively affordable home improvement project.

Soft washing chemicals typically consist of a mix of sodium hypochlorite (or a chemical component of bleach) and water. While sodium hypochlorite and bleach are often thought to be the same thing, there is one small but key difference between the two: sodium hypochlorite comes in powdered rather than liquid form, which means that it’s also more concentrated and more effective from less product overall.

While it’s not completely necessary for them to operate properly, as the occasional rainfall can rinse away dirt and debris, manually cleaning solar panels from time to time can keep them operating more efficiently.

Dirt, debris, pollen, and bird droppings can collect on the surface of the panels. Depending on the amount of solar panels you have, this can add up over time, so set a regular maintenance schedule. Moreover, if you live in a climate with little to no rainfall, more debris can accumulate, causing inefficiencies that would be clear in your electricity bill.

There are several telltale signs that your roof needs to be professionally cleaned. It's best to hire a professional as soon as you notice any indicators of wear to preserve your roof's longevity. Key signs to look for include:

  • Moss, Algae, or Plant Growth: Look for moss growth, black streaks (which are often a type of black algae), or any other plant life on your roof's surface.

  • Dirt and Grime Buildup: A general layer of dirt and grime can accumulate over time.

  • Leaf Buildup: An accumulation of leaves, especially in the gutters, is a clear sign.

  • Buildup Under Shingles: Dirt and debris can get trapped under the edges of your shingles.

  • Shifting Roof Shingles: While this can indicate other problems, it can also be a sign that cleaning and maintenance are overdue.

  • Comparison to Neighbors: If your roof appears significantly dirtier or different from your neighbors' roofs, that’s another sign it may be time for a cleaning.

The cost of removing snow from a roof averages between $300 and $700. However, this cost can range from $200 to $3,000, depending on the size of your roof, the amount of snow, and roof accessibility.

Since snowfall can range from light powder to heavy and condensed snow, part of the price of roof snow removal depends on the amount and type of snow. For 12 inches of snow, you can expect to pay between $200 and $2,000 for this job. However, for 24 inches of snow, that price rises to $300 to $3,000.
