Mr. Mathurin responded, assessed the "no power" situation, explained in detail what was needed, as well as documenting with photos. The estimate requiring new meter, electrical breaker box panel, checking and repairing repairing outlet lines was reasonable. We were really impressed with how Mathurin and assistant were respectful in entering and working in our home.
