"Things started well. Gentry responded quickly and arrived the next day. We planned for repairs on the front door of a small hotel. That is prone to door pulling by the unhoused. I asked him to replace the door closer to the reinforcement plate, add weather stripping, do some touch-ups to the door frame cosmetically, and ensure the door latch securely. The project took about two and a half hours that afternoon. The project took a turn when he failed to check that the door latched securely. upon completion. I have a recording of the door being pulled open easily, taking minutes after he left, which had not happened before his repairs. He returned one and a half hours later and actually thought the door was locked simply by looking at it. I had to encourage him to pull it open to test it. He decided the electronic latch was the issue. It wasn't, and I had to hire a second repairman to fix his work on the door closer. At over 150 dollars an hour. I expected more care, better workmanship and attention to detail."

"J&G did 2 projects for us. The first one redoing our siding and replacing our walls and framing and lifting our 2nd floor, from ida damage. He and his team were amazing, they worked with us on the times they came to our house since my husband and I both work 40 plus hours a week. They always respond and get back to you very quickly I'd you have any questions. Since they did such a great job on the first project. I asked Jose to give us a quote on replacing my carpet with new laminated wood flooring. It turned out more beautiful than I could image. He also built a beautiful railing. I would definitely recommend."

Put a new outlet in kitchen in 1/2 hour that looks like it was always there. Installed exhaust vent in laundry room & separate switch for it. Added an outlet for window fan in laundry room. Now the room is much cooler. Quickly (5 minutes) fix a very wobbly ceiling fan. He also paints. What really impresses me is he know exactly how to do any given job. You can tell that from lots of experience. He works super fast and cleans up everything afterwards. I've used many handymen over the years and none compare to Randall. I don't know what I would do without him. "
