A lot of our work comes from the tree service industry. We can have a tree taken down, grind the stump, haul off the tree, and the debris from the stump. When the Job is all done we can have a load of dirt hauled in to fill in the stump hole and any holes in the yard that where incurred in the process. We also provide many other services such as land clearing, dirt work, driveways, bush hogging, large area grass cutting, tilling, and more. If you prioritize a smooth final finish, progress to a finer grit like 120 or 150. Avoid ultra-fine grits for traditional sanding, as it could close up the wood pores and make it harder to apply a finish down the line.

Improper spacing is a common reason for increased pressure between deck boards. Moisture penetration is another.

There are several methods for attaching stair stringers to a deck. The best way is to bolt the stringers to the deck joists using three carriage bolts in a triangular pattern. This method offers the sturdiest fit for stairs that won’t budge. Alternatively, attach the stringers to the deck rims using lag bolts or to the posts using adjustable slope hangers.
