The work was well organized and thorough. They were quite focused on detail and not rushed. A few unexpected minor issues came up and we discussed and resolved them satisfactorily. The team were polite and respectful to each other as well as to me. I was home the entire time but felt no need to be here other than to deal with the unforeseen issues. I would feel completely comfortable with giving them my house keys if I needed regular housecleaning.
