"I’ve had Arrow for almost a year and have only seen a tech once. Yet I’m still being charged quarterly. I spoke with someone who assured me that a tech would come out on Friday and when I called back to make sure they were still coming I was informed that the appointment was moved back 2 more weeks. Meanwhile I find termites around the inside perimeter of my home and still nothing. I will be calling for a refund of all my funds. If I could give zero stars I would."

DIY treatments exist, but professional extermination is recommended for thorough elimination and prevention.

If the cat is stray (you noticed a collar or other signs of domestication), the kind thing to do is to try and find the owner. You can make a DIY frog repellent with salt, citric acid, or vinegar. Spray the repellent around your pool to deter frogs from jumping in.

You can remove a wasp nest yourself, but it isn’t a good idea. Although it looks easy enough to hit down a nest with a broom, wasps may be inside or around the nest and are known for getting aggressive when their nest is threatened. If you follow our guidelines for removing wasps nests with pesticide spray, insecticidal dust, water and dish soap, or boiling water, you may be able to safely tackle the problem.

Flea eggs can’t take heat, so use that information to your advantage. Take any affected clothes and linens and wash them on a hot setting (140℉ or higher) to kill them off. You can also rid carpets and furniture using heat. After vacuuming all surfaces thoroughly, use a steam mop or cleaner to get rid of the remaining flea eggs and residue. 

Flea eggs also can’t handle extreme cold. You could seal affected linens and store them in a freezer.
