He stopped working and started asking for more of the balance to be paid. I told him I wanted the paint I paid for delivered to my house, then I would discuss a payment plan. He kept asking for more money, did no more work, and then quit responding. I have a transcript of our texting during the project as well as copies of checks and receipts."
