They repaired the cracks in the cement deck before painting. They repaired window, door and shutter including crack wood and caulking before repainting. They got rid of all the dang hornet nests behind the shutters and other crevices. They did far beyond what I hoped for. They left everything spotless. All done within a week. Nice and polite.
