"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I needed a partial repair from my tenant's veal tiles including a subfloor prior to inspection for sale. Rob was responsive and eager to come out to look at the job. He brought his wife/partner Nora who took notes. They were professional and personable. They decided that an hourly rate would be best due to the unknowns. They were out within 24 hours prepared. They were very eager to help me out. At the jobs end the tile did not match the height at the edges and extra glue was built up with in order to meet the old tiles squarely. It did not dry and hold up and glue was seeping out within the drying time. therefore I wrote of the problem in an email. The next day, I received a detailed answer to my concerns point by point which explained the job complexity and expressed an apology that I was not pleased. They came out to look at the job and we came up with another way to tackle the problem areas. They agreed to fix it .for a very small fee for the additional hours. I am happy with the job and the way that they professionally addressed my concerns and willingness to make it right. They wanted to make sure that I was pleased.
