They cleaned up as they went, went to neighbors to get permission to clean up the debris that had fallen in their yards, and asked along they way how we liked what was being done. Kelly does the planning and estimates and Albert leads a friendly and respectful team in doing what needs to be done and explaining the 'why's' of his expert reasoning. "I’ve had Arrow for almost a year and have only seen a tech once. Yet I’m still being charged quarterly. I spoke with someone who assured me that a tech would come out on Friday and when I called back to make sure they were still coming I was informed that the appointment was moved back 2 more weeks. Meanwhile I find termites around the inside perimeter of my home and still nothing. I will be calling for a refund of all my funds. If I could give zero stars I would."
