Mr. John check every possible reason for dyer not starting. Stayed about an hour and half. Found that the buttons on front for settings and start have gone bad. Called to check on replacement part, but because dryer is 12 years old the part is unavailable. Mr. John went above and beyond and only charged for driving out from Youngsville to Carencro and diagnosis; extremely reasonable pricing. I appreciate his customer service and everything he did to try to save our dryer.

I spoke to Mr. John one morning, and by that evening, the fridge was cool and in use again. He was extremely professional, and provided great service. I have been looking for a trustworthy and fair repair guy??I've found him and will definitely use his service for any future needs.

I called John because our freezer was frosting badly and our refrigerator had stopped working completely. He was called at 9:00 A.M. on a Thursday morning and he was at our home at 11:00 A.M. The problem was fixed promptly and his prices were more than fair. Our appliance is still working properly and we would definitely refer him to others!

Our electric clothing dryer electric dryer was not working and we called John to come out to fix it. He did a great job and charged a very fair amount. I will definitely call him again if/when an appliance go down. John checked the dryer and all the lines running to the dryer. He corrected the problem within one hour and cleaned everything before leaving, best repair man I have ever had do work for me.
