These people are unbelievably good, nice, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond. They cleaned up as they went, went to neighbors to get permission to clean up the debris that had fallen in their yards, and asked along they way how we liked what was being done. Kelly does the planning and estimates and Albert leads a friendly and respectful team in doing what needs to be done and explaining the 'why's' of his expert reasoning. We were impressed beyond our hopes and limited expectations of their professionalism...and they left our yard in immaculate shape. Thank you, Kelly, Albert, and the whole team at Arbor Care of Acadiana! :))))

Service was completed when promised. The work was outstanding. Clean-up was impeccable. I wouldn't have known they'd been there had I not looked at the tree. Every bit of debris was removed.

These are good people to do business with. They are thorough in reviewing needs and professional in their work. They arrive promptly, work steadily, and go above and beyond. Work and cleanup are meticulous. The workers are courteous and helpful and offer recommendations for maintenance of the trees and other shrubs. This is the third time they have done work for us, and we would not hesitate to have them back.

Arrived on time as agreed and the work was done very professionally. They did a great job on the live oak tree in the back yard, " I don't think it was ever trimmed". What was more impressive was the clean after the job, my wife sent me a picture of the job being done and there was tree limbs about knee deep while they were doing the job, but at the end of the job not a leaf was left on the ground. No tracks not a trace that anyone did such a big job other than the tree itself looking cleanly trimmed. There was one issue but it was discussed and handled. My wife was very happy with the job that was done and has bragged on the great job performed. We will use them next time we need this service.

Kelly was prompt in meeting all needs during scheduling arrangements. She is very well experienced in her line of work and she and her crew offer professional and courteous service. The scope of work was executed promptly while offering the best price and most respectful bid compared to other tree service providers. I repeat '' they were prompt and efficient.'' If they say it, they live it out.
Regarding the work itself, they did not use heavy machinery so this was a plus in keeping the yard in tact. End result...trees look outstanding and we received high compliments from friends and neighbors. Our backyard is now very inviting plus a safer environment for the kids to play in.
They guys worked very hard and have great ethics. They meet your needs during the process and are not intimidated by the customer's pickiness. They aim to please!
As an extra, they trimmed the Magnolia in the front and cleaned out old piles of tree debris along the back. Yard was completely raked, including areas that were not even disturbed from the work that was performed. This saved me more time and money!
On a final note, it's great to see such a service exist with high regard for pleasing the customer.

After calling three tree services, Kelly was the the ONLY one who returned my call. She came out the next day to evaluate the crepe myrtle and her crew was here three days later to complete the work. I asked Kelly not to commit crepe murder on my tree, just to clean it up and get rid of the dead limbs. She understood what I wanted and assured me the tree would look much better when they were done. Everyone was very punctual and called ahead to make sure I would be home. Alex and his team did a great job. They were very detailed in their work, getting all the branches they trimmed out of the tree. They cleaned up everything when they were done and you would not even know they had been here except the crepe myrtle looks 100% better. I would highly recommend Kelly Hebert and Arbor Care of Acadiana.

This property and house, neglected for several years was overgrown with trees and brush; the house was covered with vines and had tallow trees growing very close to it. I called several Angle's List 'A' rated tree services and left messages. Kelly answered the first time I called and was very professional from the start. I told her what I needed, she was confident she could do the work so we scheduled an appointment. My brother, who showed her the property, told me that she was prompt, professional and thorough. He was so impressed with her that he felt we didn't need to consider anyone else. Due to the overgrowth of trees, brush and vines we also felt her price was fair.
The crew showed up on time and as scheduled every day they worked. The before and after pictures look like two different properties?.the change is that remarkable. The only work left is stumps to grind?the amount of rain over the last few days has made it impossible to bring that equipment on the property. Kelly has assured me that it will be completed once the water dries. I'm very confident that she'll do finish the work.

Arbor Care was hired to grind two stumps and haul the remaining chips away. Kelly was very knowledgeable and efficient. She did a fantastic job of clearing away the debris in order to have the soil ready for our landscaper. Kelly is very professional and I would highly recommend her service.

When Kelly came to give the estimate she was very well informed. Gave me a lesson about how to measure the growth of the tree, how old it was, how to maintain its health and exactly what they would do and why. Really know what they're doing. Came quickly and worked efficiently and removed all debris. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants a good professional job done.

These guys were great. A crew of four came on February 5 & 6, 2014. Cut a very large double trunk mulberry that had wire rope entangled in bark. Also cut a very tall (70 to 80 foot tall) pecan tree, a redbud tree, and various smaller trees. They hauled all trunks, branches to street, raked & used blower to clear driveway. They even went into neighbor's yard & cleaned up any branches that fell there. Bobcat removed all debris & loaded into trucks. Kelly will come later to grind stumps. I would highly recommend them. They worked in freezing temperatures with icy drizzle falling at one point. They are professional. I am appreciative of work done.

The job was complicated by the close proximity of several houses, a garage and a neighboring middle school campus. There was very little room for the equipment required to do the job. Kelly coordinated all the work in a relatively efficient manner. She contacted the middle school and gained access for some of the large equipment, she agreed to grind an existing stump in a neighbors yard for free in return for equipment access to the large Red Oak. The actual removal of the trees was accomplished safely and efficiently with little to no inconvenience to my neighbors or the middle school. The stump grinding was done to my satisfaction and the clean up after the work was done was excellent.
