The doorframe was also an odd size so it required a special cut to be done. John worked with us to get the damaged door removed and measured to be taken to the location to have the new one specially cut since it was not a normal size.  He returned and replaced the door for us.  We were closing this location and the landlord was happy as were we with the job.

The girl I spoke with was very explicit and gave me all of the information I needed to compare them to other security companies. I did not go with them simply because I didn't care for the way it would be connected to my existing box. It is simply a matter of preference. I would recommend them to anyone.
