"The appointment was scheduled at our convenience which was on a Saturday.  Craig with Optimize was on time and brought materials to review with us about the Generac units, warranties and service plans.  He was able to answer all of our questions and was the second person we contact about whole-home generators.  Craig was so knowledgeable and so professional that both my husband and I decided to go with his company.
While we had Craig there, I decided to ask him about solar panels.  My husband and I had just briefly discussed solar panels and was still unsure if we were going to purchase them.  Again, even though Craig was called for discussing a generator, he was able to respond to our questions and then offered to come and perform a "shade test on the house.
We called Craig the next day and ordered the generator and set an install date and again, Optimize was excellent in setting the set up on a date convenient for us. 
Within a day of the "shade" test being performed, Craig called and gave us the results and emailed us proposals of different panel units and followed the email up with setting another appointment to sit down with both of us and explain the details and bring brochures about the products.
After explaining everything including the Federal incentive, we decided to install the solar panel system.  Again, Craig was able to pull off having everything installed for both the Generac and the solar panels on the same days.
I am pleased to say that both the Generac and solar panels are installed and working perfectly!  It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional company who took our needs into consideration and was not pushy.  I will and have recommended Optimize EGS to friends, family, neighbors and co-workers and I know they will not let me down for passing on a referral!

"The evaluation to determine generator size was excellent. Very detailed by a very knowledgeable gentleman. Answered all my questions and further advised those things I should want to follow on installing my generator. Optimize were right on schedule the stated day of installation. Excellent young crew, very knowledgeable and worked together very well. They were able to install the generator and electrical, had to wait on trenching the gas line as to wet and muddy in my back yard. Follow the end of the week, once things dried up they trenched and laid the gas line and test rain the generator. Optimize applied for all permits, a complete turn-key job done excellent. "Our A/C failed during the heat wave; the associated circuit breaker switches kept tripping. Our A/C service company identified overheating problems with multiple circuit breaker switches (temps were 150º plus) in our breaker box as the cause. His recommendation was to call an electrician immediately or risk a fire, so we didâ ¦ Mr. Electric. We called in a work request to Mr. Electric, Lafayette. LA at 3:53PM thinkingâ ¦ well, itâ s a Sunday; they wonâ t be able to come here until Monday. Wrong. Mr. Kevin Faulk was at our house within 45Min and determined that the entire breaker panel needed replacement â and was willing to do it that dayâ ¦ on a Sunday. It turns out that he couldnâ t, because he needed a part. He could have just left and waited until he had the parts he needed to return, but he didnâ t. He turned off all unnecessary circuits and temporarily replaced the A/C breaker, so we wouldnâ t die from the heat. Before departing, he made sure the new temporary circuit breaker was not overheating. The next day he was here bright and early and did the entire replacement. It took about 5 hours of work and required coordination with, and inspection by the electric company that provides our power. Weâ ve used Mr. Electric several times before for various projects, and were happy with them, but this time was a big deal. Considering they put in that much work and used top of the line equipment (Square D by Schneider Electric), the final bill was very reasonable in our opinion. I highly recommend using Mr. Electric for all your electrical needs."
