"It was a big job, but Keith and Ann arrived early at 8:45am and completed the project at 3:45pm. They covered all areas surrounding each vent with drop cloths and worked throughout the house. The air duct cleaning unit is self contained, but they made sure to vacuum up any residual debris from removing the vents. They also washed and re-installed all vents. Keith also did a small repair on an air duct in my attic that was letting in warm air at no charge! This is the 2nd time I have used Clean Pro and they were just as courteous, prompt, and organized as ever. I would definitely recommend their services! They also provide a number of other services you can look into on their website. I plan to have our fabric sectional sofa and dining room chairs stain sealed in the future. "Carpets were cleaned in three bedrooms and living room area.  The technician was very prompt and polite.  I asked in advance how long the job would take and how long the carpets would take to dry.  The job was completed in less time than they projected (which always worries me a little).  They told me it would take 3-4 hours to dry.  However, the carpet was still too wet to walk on 12 hours later and there were still some damp spots 24 hours later.  Our carpet is a little thick, but nothing out of the ordinary.  They were not able to remove any stains, but I wasn't really expecting that much for the price.  My purpose was to get the carpets freshened up a little.
