"He did my job in 2019 and 4 months after the job was done I had leaks. He came out a few times after numerous phone calls, text and threats. Never could fix the job. I have so many leaks that even when it's not raining I have leaks coming down. He tells me he's coming check on it and has my husband and I wait all day and does not show up. Well today was the last day I will do that. I have so much water in the panels that I was told more than likely mold will set in. If not the weight will eventually do damage. He is no man of word. Absolutely not a business man. He had excuse after excuse. I will have to replace the whole patio to get rid of my problem. So if you like poor quality and poor workmanship than Ryan Gardner Affordable patio and gutters is your man. I waited patiently and now I am full force ahead. I will tell everyone possible about the quality of his work. I will be talking to a lawyer. Buyer Beware!!"
