Sears

The stove tightens up at times. The knobs sometimes feel like they are binding from the heat. 

They hire sub contractors to install the stove and it took way to long and back and forth to get them to come.

We will continue to buy more appliances from Sears if needed.

The item was out of stock and they said they would order it. They charged my mother’s account for the price.  They said I had to reorder a plug for the item but I agreed to just buy the plug. They cancelled the whole order and not the cord. It was not very good business practice and now my mother has to sit around without a dryer for 5 days because they messed up.

Not punctual. They were so messy. They did not finish the job, when said they would, but never did.  They had given me a quote for one amount, and when they came to my home to start the work they said they couldn’t perform certain things so we had to alter our plan, even after I had submitted a check.

He was very efficient. He knew what he was doing.

I had a terrible experience with them. I called the service line and scheduled a service through a prepaid method. The service person came over, but, refused to service as the service request, which was raised a week ago, was not showing on his computer. He waited for 2 hours on my driveway, waiting for the confirmation. Their pricing was reasonable. I was extremely unhappy with their services and will not use the same in future.
