I went to this dealer to have warranty work done on a vacuum I own and they were extremely helpful and got the part I needed in only a few days. I plan to go back to the store and purchase a smaller canister vacuum from them. Very nice and professional

This was a couple years ago but I wanted talk to somebody about Vacuums since there is a pretty wide variation in prices and quality. I had decided I didn't want a Dyson and was interested in Sebo and Miele and A1 was the only place in town that carried them. The first time I went in we spent a good hour talking vacuums while I tried them out and we discussed the pros and cons of each. Gus, I think was his name, was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He was in no way a pushy salesman and genuinely gave the impression he cared that I get the right vacuum for my needs and wasn't concerned if I buy or not. I went back a week later to purchase and the transaction went perfectly smooth. Turns out the vacuum was exactly what I needed and it's done its job well. If there ever is a problem with it I wouldn't hesitate to go back for repair. When referring to price, keep in mind these aren't cheap vacuums, I found A1s prices competitive with online prices but having the added benefit of somewhere to take it if it had problems.

The service was outstanding. My vacuum cleaner was fixed in 24 hours. The owner was very personal in his customer care. I would go back in a flash if I needed to. I highly recommend the quality of their work and expertise.

I dropped off my broken vacuum on a Friday afternoon. They were very friendly. I got a call on Saturday with an estimate and gave the go-ahead to do the repair. They called me on Monday saying the repairs were finished. The machine was repaired and clean when I picked it up. I also ended up buying a much better vacuum from them after they took plenty of time to show me different models and features. I did not feel pressured to buy a different machine or to buy from them. They just seemed to like demonstrating their products. I highly recommend them.

Brought the vacuum in for an estimate, estimate was given next day and I gave the OK for the repair to be made. Repair was made that day and I picked it up. Vacuum works great.
