"It is hard to adequately describe the superior level of service from this company. Within minutes after looking for this service I received a phone call from Austin and he was there the next morning to inspect my house and give me an thorough education on our problem . . . even addressing concerns about rodent and insect entry points. He as very professional in his demeanor but more importantly, it was evident he was here to help, not just "make a sale." He kept us advised at every step of the way, was very interesting to talk to and became a friend. His work crew worked quietly, quickly and professionally in a very clean manner. (I expected to have "stuff" all over the place.) They were very orderly and cleaned up, even blowing leaves off my patio!!! I AM recommending them to everyone. "We found evidence of termite infestation. They responded quickly and inspected property the following day. Price was reasonable and employee was knowledgeable. He explained scope of work and options thoroughly. We added pest control as additional price was very reasonable. Work was performed the following day and we are satisfied with service."

"Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."
