After he was done with the work, he did a thorough inspection on our electrical panel, meter, and electrical line. He informed us that we had oxidation and exposed live wire on our power line and recommended we call our utility provider to come out and service it. We did, and they replaced the entire line for free, which made our backyard safer and to code. We would not have known otherwise that it needed repair. "Whenever I messaged him and told him what our refrigerator was doing, he told me that it sounds like the evaporator fan was going out. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday evening, but he had to reschedule for Thursday morning which was no problem. He gets here and checks out the refrigerator and starts removing the inside panel to access the evaporator fan. It was not turning and when he was explaining everything to me, he tapped the fan and it started turning. He turned the refrigerator off and unplugged it, took the evaporator fan apart and cleaned it. Our problem was a simple fix by cleaning the magnet in the fan, and he didn't try to push for me to purchase a new part. If I had questions, he answered them. Very polite, professional and very affordable. I highly recommend him."
